Project citizen is a district-wide project that requires 8th grade students to identify and research a problem in their community. They examine alternative solutions to the problem and propose their own public policy as a solution. Lastly, they develop an action plan to put their policy into place. Project winners from each middle school in Hampton presented their hard work during a showcase at Davis Middle School on April 19.
